- Mark your aim i.e. you should actually know where you want to see yourself after the hard work you put in
- Stick to your goal i.e. you should know that no matter what you have to do what you decided
- Plan the system i.e. now that you know where you have to go you should know the PATH to get there to so just sit and plan your actions and their time limits and track yourself alongside.

If you don’t want to feel gross after waking up and then regret at night that you didn’t get anything done. Just try this and you’ll feel the change within you.
- Just start: No matter whether that you get it done or not just make sure that you have started it. Yes, don’t regret that you left it unfinished, regret that you didn’t started it. It must feel weird to hear or read but it is fact that initial step is always hard.

An individual who usually work between 9 P.M. to 12 A.M. and are filled with energy and can focus during this time period. Also they sleep late and wake up late but these types are often stressed as people who are working or are students they have to wake up early to get ready and do their work so this type is not suitable for them. This type is usually known as ‘NIGHT OWLS’.
So now as you know about these two broad terms we hope you could understand your type and will make a correct decision and schedule your sleep and the next day properly.
Things to keep in mind while scheduling your day:-
- Understand that the next day is not in your hand, so everything you write down won’t be done and you don’t have regret for it as long as you did your best. Now how to know if you did you best or not? You have to make sure that you were not wasting your time in scrolling social media or wasting your time in overthinking.
- Jot down only important things that need to be done and try your best to complete them within the duration where your energy levels are at their peak.
- Don’t write too many tasks to overwhelm yourself. Start with only 2-3 tasks and break them into even smaller parts so that it is easy for you to complete them
